Currency Support for CTS 4.2

The applicable screens now show CICS 670 (CTS 4.2) release, as shown in the following example:

            Define the CSD objects required for CA MAT
Enter the CICS Transaction Server (CTS) release number, the CICS load library,
and the DFHCSD file for the job that will install the definitions for the
CA MAT CSD objects required to collect CICS delay information.

 CICS RELEASE NUMBER   ===> 32 (CTS 13, 21, 22, 23, 31, 32, 41, or 42)
 CICS LOAD LIBRARY     ===> 'CICSTS32.CICS.SDFHLOAD'
 CICS DFHCSD FILE      ===> 'CICSTS32.CICS.DFHCSD'

Specify the library and member names where the definition job JCL is saved.
 TARGET LIBRARY        ===> 'USER014.CAMAT.UTRSAMP'
 MEMBER NAME           ===> TNCSDUP$
 REPLACE MEMBER?       ===> NO (If duplicate member in TARGET LIBRARY)

When you press ENTER, the TNCSDUP$ member is created and you are placed in an
edit session to make further changes, if necessary.
