CLOSELOG Command

The CLOSELOG command closes a log and all log files associated with it. Closing the log file tells CA MIM to stop recording information in that log. To start recording again, issue the OPENLOG command.

CLOSELOG name
name

Identifies the log that you are closing.

Note: Issue the CLOSELOG command from a console of an operator.

Example:

To close log file MIMLOG, issue this command:

CLOSELOG MIMLOG
