Reason:
This error can occur if CA MIM is started as SUB=MSTR, and you enter a SET MIM TRACE=SPIN command.
Action:
Use the DEALLOCATE and ALLOCATE commands to deallocate the current MIMTRACE DD and allocate a new one.
