4.8.7.2 Conversion of CA MICS Guides

   ___ 1. Make sure that all items in 4.8.7.1 have been
          completed.

   ___ 2. Edit the job in sharedprefix.MICS.CNTL(DOC2HTML)
          and specify guide selection options as described in
          section 4.8.3.1.1.

          Submit the job in sharedprefix.MICS.CNTL(DOC2HTML)
          and ensure that it completes with a condition code
          of zero.

          Alternatively, invoke CA MICS Workstation Facility
          (MWF) Documentation Access Print Dialog (MWF;1;3)
          and follow the instructions to convert
          documentation to HTML.

   ___ 3. (Optional) Enable DocWebVu to Web server.

          Once DocWebVu has been created via DOC2HTML, it
          must be made available to the Web Server.  Please
          refer to section 4.8.5 for tips on Web Server
          configuration.
