5.2.23 FICON Director Port Activity File (HARFDP)

The FICON Director Port Activity file provides statistics
about I/O workload, throughput, and contention for FICON
director ports.  It also stores configuration data about IODF
and FICON directors (switches).  There is one record per
FICON director port.
 
The information in the HARFDP file is obtained from the RMF

FICON Director Statistics type 74, subtype 7 record.
