5.2.3 Device Type Activity File (HARDTA)

The Device Type Activity File quantifies the utilization of
device types, such as 3390, 3490, and so on, in terms of I/O
and average performance factors for all devices in the type
category.  There is one record for each device type.  This
file is typically used when reporting detailed activity for
each device type.

This file is derived from the CA MICS Device Activity File.
