USS Kernel Activity Report is requested. The SAS source code
used is in sharedprefix.MICS.SOURCE member:
o @RMFUSS1 - for all systems producing the SMF type 74
subtype 3 USS Kernel Activity record.
The CA MICS file used to generate the report is:
