9.2.7 Age Data Base Files Phase

The Age Data Base Files Phase deletes the oldest cycles of
the DETAIL and DAYS cycles and replaces them with the next
oldest cycle and so forth until the new interim cycle (00)
becomes the current cycle (01).  This phase also replaces the
existing week-to-date and month-to-date cycles (00) with the
updated cycles (W0 and M0 respectively).
