5.4.8 Report Class Resource Consumption File (WLM_EC)

The Report Class Resource Consumption File quantifies
resource consumption by optional report class.  This is a
parallel file containing a subset of the same data elements
as the Service Class Resource Consumption File (WLMSEC).
Measurements in this file include service units consumed,
storage occupied, paging and swapping activity, and
hiperspace usage.  Observations are written to this file only
if the measurements are available.
 
The WLM_EC file is commonly used in conjunction with these
related files:
 
  o  WLM_EA - Report Class
  o  WLM_ED - Report Class General Execution Delay
  o  WLM_EM - Report Class Response Time
 
Information in the WLM_EC file is derived from the type 72
subtype 3 RMF Workload Activity and Storage Data record.
