VMTHLP creates CMS HELP files from the distributed files.


FORMAT:

    VMTHLP <*|name> <ctl>

    where:

    name     -   is the pseudonym of the HELP file to be
                 generated.  This is the filename of the
                 distributed file.  The filetype is $MAIHLP.

    *        -   when the name is specified as *   all files
                 with the file type of $MAIHLP, on all
                 accessed disks, are converted.  If
                 duplicates exist, the one in the minidisk
                 concatenation is used first.

     ctl     -   is the name of the control file.

NOTE:  The file to be converted must have a header record in
the form:

    .cm HELP-FILE: fname ftype

This controls the name of the resulting file that is placed
on the A disk.
