5.2.15 System Address Space Activity File (BAT_SA)

The System Address Space Activity File (BAT_SA) quantifies
the resources, load, and usage consumed by individual system
address spaces in the DETAIL timespans, and total usage in
the summary timespans.  It contains one record for every
system address space interval completion, and is derived from
the type 30 subtype 6 record.

NOTE:  This file is a parallel file of the BATPGM file, so
       its elements are the same as those of the BATPGM file.
