5.2.12 Measured Usage Address Space File (BATMUA)


The Measured Usage Address Space File (BATMUA) quantifies the
resource usage measures for software products registered
with IBM's Measured Usage License Charging (MULC) subsystem.
It is derived from the Usage Data segments in SMF type 30
interval and step termination records.

You can use the BATMUA file to analyze software product use
and to support surcharging for software at the address space
level.
