5.2.11 Measured Usage Global File (BATMUG)

The Measured Usage Global File (BATMUG) quantifies the
resource usage measures for software products registered with
IBM's Measured Usage License Charging (MULC) subsystem.  It
is derived from the Usage Data (type 89) record.
