5.2.6 APPC/MVS TP Activity File (BAT_TP)

The APPC/MVS TP Activity File (BAT_TP) provides an address
space perspective of ASCH-scheduled transaction programs
(TPs) in the DETAIL timespan, and total usage in the summary
timespans.  It is derived from the SMF type 30 Common Address
Space Work record (subtypes 2, 3, and 4).

NOTE:  This file is a parallel file of the BATPGM file, so
       its elements are the same as those of the BATPGM file
       (with the exception of data element PGMLOCTP, Local
       ASCH Scheduled TPs, which is found only in the BAT_TP
       file).
