6.3.1.2.3 Invalid Logon Attempt Records

Type 04 (invalid logon attempt) records are created when the
number of invalid logon attempts by a user exceeds a
designated threshold.  An invalid logon attempt occurs when a
user tries to log on to another user's minidisk with an
invalid password.

Type 04 records provide the following:  the user ID issuing
the command, time and date, terminal address or LUNAME,
invalid password, and the user ID to be logged on.
