5.3.17.3 VMXSTP Usage Considerations


Special considerations or techniques related to using the
VMXSTP File are provided below:

o  The VMXSTP File provides a view of the system load as seen
   by the scheduler.  This File can be used to provide a
   graphic image of the change in system load throughout the
   day.

o  The VMXSTP File contains information produced by the
   scheduler based on the 'system timer pop' which is every
   30 seconds.  This data is the same information that is
   used to build the response the the INDICATE LOAD command.

o  The VMXSTP File will contain only data if the SCHEDULER
   domain has been enabled for collection.  See Section 6.3.3
   for more information.
