5.2.6 VM Exception Activity File (VMCVXC)

The VM Exception Activity File quantifies performance and
management exceptions that occur in the VM system.

The VM Exception Activity File is created from VM Accounting
data, VM  Monitor data.  Accounting record exceptions are
generated from types 04, 05, 06, 08, and 0D VM Accounting
records.  VM Monitor data exceptions are generated from
domain 1, records 2, 3, 10, 11, and 12.
