6.3.1 FILE HEADER Record

The FILE HEADER record is the first record in every VMS
MONITOR file.  Its record type is 128.  It contains the
interval in seconds between VMS MONITOR data collections, the
version of VMS MONITOR collecting the data, and other
miscellaneous data.
