5.15 DB2 Plan Buffer Pool Activity (DBPDBP)File

The DB2 Plan Buffer Pool Activity file provides resource
information for each DB2 buffer pool used by DB2
transactions, by DB2 Plan name.  This file is sorted by DB2
Plan name.

The DBPDBP file is populated with data from the SMF type 101
record.
