7.2 Ledger File (ACTLGR)

The Ledger File (ACTLGR) quantifies the total amount of each
billable item, the rate at which it was billed, and the
charge associated with it for each user-defined cost center.
It is derived from the summarization of all the journal files
in the unit.  A Ledger File will be in each unit that has
Accounting and Chargeback activated.  This file is usually
maintained in the DAYS, MONTHS, and YEARS timespans.
