FDAs created using MSI will introduce three members in
prefix.MICS.PARMS:  fdaOPS, INPUTfda, and fdaSYSID.These
members are described in the following sections:

    1 - FDA Processing Options (fdaOPS)
    2 - Input Data set Specification (INPUTfda)
    3 - Original System Id Assignment (fdaSYSID)
