6.3 IS Financial Management

The IS Financial Management impact area provides IS
management with an understanding of IS revenue and resource
use.  Although labeled as "revenue," this information is
useful to IS management whether or not the IS organization
actually charges for IS services.  The information is
presented on the workstation by IS Revenue Analysis and IS
Revenue Projection and Rate Analysis and by a series of
mainframe reports.  These are discussed in the following
sections:
