/CONFIRM /NOCONFIRM (D)

Instructs the manager to request confirmation before aborting a job.

Note: We recommend that you use the /CONFIRM qualifier if you are aborting more than one job.

When you specify /CONFIRM, the manager uses the following prompt:

Jobname (jobnumber) ABORT? [No]:

You can enter one of the following answers:

To...

Answer...

Abort the job

YES, 1, or TRUE

Retain the job

NO, 0, or FALSE

Abort all following jobs without further confirmation

ALL

Stop the command

QUIT
