This RMF report lists the intervals when some workload was considered blocked by WLM. Since z/OS 1.9, WLM can temporarily increase the dispatching priority of such workloads. The data in this report comes from EXTDATA type R70A.
The fields in the report are as follows:
Amount of service units, per second, which are allocated to WLM for promotion of blocked workloads. This number is derived from the BLWLTRPCT parameter for WLM.
Percentage of allocated service units actually used by promoted workloads.
Average number of address spaces found blocked during the interval.
Peak number of address spaces found blocked during the interval.
Value of the BLWLTRPCT parameter in percent.
Value of the BLWLINTHD parameter in seconds.
