This report gives a summary analysis of VTS activity by day, by library.
The performance of the mount and demount operations is measured by Apdex. Apdex is a numerical measure of user satisfaction with the performance of enterprise applications that reflects the effectiveness of IT investment. (See http://www.apdex.org for a detailed Apdex specification.)
The Apdex index divides user response into three categories:
The Apdex formula is as follows:
APDEX = (satisfied_count + (0.5 * tolerating_count) + (0 * frustrated_count))/total_samples
The values of Apdex vary from 0, where no users are satisfied, to 1, where all users are satisfied.
