How a Process Template Works

A workflow process template contains a number of places where it requests lists of participants. When the template is mapped to a CA IdentityMinder task or event, configure participant resolvers for these lists.

At runtime, as shown in the following figure, CA IdentityMinder provides the participant lists to the workflow process based on your configured information:
