1. Verify that the user store is running. If Identity Manager integrates with SiteMinder, verify that SiteMinder can connect to the user store. In the Policy Server user interface, you can verify the connection by opening the properties page for the SiteMinder User Directory connection associated with the user store, and clicking the View Contents button. If you can see the contents of the user store, SiteMinder can connect successfully. For more information about the Policy Server, see the CA SiteMinder Web Access Manager Policy Server Configuration Guide. 2. Restart Identity Manager and the Policy Server. |
