To install the Bulk Load Client utility, run the setup.exe program of the Connector Factory installation package and select Bulk Load Client option.
During installation you can choose to enter the Server URL, as well as the user name and password.
Note: You can find Bulk Load Client in the im-pc package in the following location:
Clients\BulkLoader
