Install SAP JCO Library on Windows

The following are the distribution packages for the various JRE versions and hardware processors available:

• 32-bit JRE on a 32-bit INTEL x86 or a 64-bit INTEL Itanium processor: sapjco-ntintel-2.1.x.zip
• 64-bit JRE running on a 64-bit INTEL Itanium processor: sapjco-ntia64-2.1.x.zip
• 64-bit JRE running on a 64-bit AMD or INTEL x86 processor: sapjco-ntamd64-2.1.x.zip

To install JCo for Windows

1. Ensure that Standalone JCS is already installed.
2. Unzip the appropriate distribution package.
3. Copy sapjcorfc.dll and librfc32.dll to the following directory, replacing any file that might already be there:
   • Windows NT, Windows 2000, and Windows 2003: C:\Windows\system32
   • Windows Server 2003 (x64): C:\Windows\SysWOW64
4. Copy the sapjco.jar file to the extlib directory of the Java CS installation.
5. Restart the Standalone JCS service.
