Create PKI Accounts

Once an endpoint has been explored, PKI accounts can be created as needed.

To create PKI accounts

  1. Click the Endpoint Type task button, select the PKI Endpoint in the Object Type drop-down list box, and click Search to search for the endpoint that you want to create an account on.

    A list of explored endpoints appears.

  2. Right-click on the endpoint in the list view and choose Content from the pop-up menu.

    The Endpoint Content dialog appears.

  3. Select Accounts in the Container Tree box and then click New.
  4. Complete the PKI Account Property Sheet by:
    1. Entering the required information on the Account Properties tab. This information includes naming properties, certificate information, and profile options for the account
    2. Clicking OK.

    A new PKI Account is created.
