If the Provisioning Server is down or heavily loaded, the Password Synchronization Agent can failover from one server to another. For this to happen multiple Provisioning Servers must be configured to serve the same domain and the Agent must be configured to make use of those servers. For more information about failover, see the Installation Guide and configuring the agent to use alternate servers.
