Unable to submit a task in Internet Explorer 9.0

Symptom:

In Internet Explore 9.0, the user console remains stagnant after you click the Submit button.This is due to restrictive security settings that are applied by default in Internet Explore 9.0.

Solution:

Add the Identity Manager server to the local intranet zone and set the security level at low.
