Enter the hostname of the system hosting the CA Identity Manager database.

Enter the port of the system hosting the CA Identity Manager database.

Enter the name of the CA Identity Manager database.

Enter the administrative username for the CA Identity Manager database.

Enter the password for the administrative user of the CA Identity Manager database.

Enter the type of database used for the CA Identity Manager database.
