To add new tasks and roles to an environment after the upgrade, use the Management Console to import a new role definitions file. Different role definition files exist to upgrade your environment from different releases of CA Identity Manager and for environments that may or may not have organization support.
To add new roles and tasks
Multiple role definitions files are listed for import.
For example, for provisioning capabilities, select one of the Provisioning options with or without Organization support.
