Install the Windows Service

To install the windows service

Run the following batch file to test the configuration:
```
CAIdentityManager.bat 
```
If CA Identity Manager starts in a console, continue on to Step 2.
Close the CA Identity Manager console.
Run the following batch file to install the Windows Service:
```
InstallCAIdentityManagerService.bat
```
