Step 1. Verify Your Access Privileges

To ensure that CA Identity Manager can manage users on a Lotus Notes/Domino server, verify that the server ID used by the Lotus Notes/Domino Administrator has the same access level, privileges, and roles as the Lotus Notes/Domino domain administrator in the following databases:

• names.nsf
• admin4.nsf
• certlog.nsf

Important! We recommend that you log into the Lotus Notes/Domino Administrator application using the ID file for the same administrative user configured to be used by the connector to access the endpoint. By doing this, you ensure that this user has the necessary access level, privileges, and roles that are required to complete user management actions, including access to all certifiers in the domain.
