CA Identity Manager EAR does not Auto-Deploy with WebLogic

If you are using WebLogic 9 or 10 in production mode, the CA Identity Manager EAR may not auto-deploy the first time you start the application server after an install or upgrade. If this should occur, deploy the iam_im.ear manually from the user_projects\applications folder.
