Install and Deploy the Connector

The installation package contains the components required to install the PeopleSoft Connector.

Note: If you have any standalone Provisioning Manager installations that require access to PeopleSoft, re-install the Provisioning Manager to add the PeopleSoft Connector.

To install and deploy the connector

  1. Run the Provisioning Server install, and add the PeopleSoft Connector when prompted.

    The server and directory components are updated with the schema for the PeopleSoft Connector.

  2. Install the CA Identity Manager - Connector Server, and register it to the domain during the installation.
  3. From the PeopleTools installation, find the psjoa.jar file and copy it to the following location and restart the im_jcs : 
    %JCS%\lib

    The connector is deployed and tells the server where to send PeopleSoft requests. When complete, you can start to acquire PeopleSoft endpoints.
