Password Quality Enforcement

The Password Synchronization option intercepts password changes requests on native systems (for example, Windows NT/ADS) and submits them to CA Identity Manager. CA Identity Manager synchronizes the global user password and account passwords associated with the global user. Both CA Identity Manager password quality rules for a password profile and native system password quality rules (Windows NT/ADS) can be used to enforce password quality control.
