Some RCM Exports Fail when CA Identity Manager Uses CA SiteMinder

Symptom:

Some Role and Compliance Manager export operations fail when CA Identity Manager Connector connectivity is configured using the CA SiteMinder-protected environment details (web agent hostname and port number as 80).

Solution:

Configure the CA Identity Manager connector through the Role and Compliance Manager portal, using the application server hostname and port number for the environment.
