If you intend to upgrade the CA Identity Manager server and keep Weblogic at 10.3 or 11, you can upgrade by starting the installation program. However, you can also migrate your installation from Weblogic 10.3 to 11 to gain the advantage of a 64-bit application server.
If you have WebLogic 8.1 or 9.2, you need to migrate the CA Identity Manager server to Weblogic 11 to work with CA CA Identity Manager r12.5 SP13.
