Install and Configure the UNIX Remote Agent and CAM Service for NCR

The connector uses the CAM service, also known as CAM/CAFT or Unicenter Message Queuing Server, to transfer information to and from remote UNIX machines.

Install and configure the UNIX agent and CAM service is done after installing the UNIX Connector, and involves the following steps:

  1. Transfer required files.
  2. Install the CAM service.
  3. Configure the CAM service.
  4. Install the UNIX agent.
  5. Verify the Installation.
