Required Oracle Administrator Account Privileges

The Oracle Applications Connector needs the database account of the Database Administrator to manipulate the Oracle Applications database (which is usually APPS) and an application user with System Administrator responsibility. You must first create an Oracle Applications user, with the name "ETAAPP", to be used when managing Oracle Applications. This user needs to have System Admin Standard Responsibility.
