There are two major enhancements to the COMPARE utility:
The COMPARE's SYNCKEY keyword has been updated to include multiple key-based compares for non-VSAM sequential files. With this SYNCKEY enhancement you instruct how COMPARE will compare these keys, either in ascending or descending mode, and define the keys' locations.
You are now able to save compared records to separate files depending on the record's compare results. You can save deleted, matched, inserted or changed records each to their own separate files.
