SSL Port Stops Working after Reconfiguration on Windows (138178)

Symptom:

If you rerun the configuration wizard on a Windows system, the SSL port stops working after the reconfiguration.

Solution:

To reconfigure a Federation Manager system with SSL enabled, deactivate the SSL configuration before rerunning the configuration wizard your system. Reactivate SSL after the reconfiguration is complete.
