SiteMinder Connector Enabled at the Partnership Level

The SiteMinder Connector is no longer enabled during installation. You now enable the Connector at the partnership level. You still configure the Connector in the Deployment Settings of the Federation Manager UI. The configuration settings are global and apply to any partnership where you enable the Connector.
