Unable to Delete Tags that Contain Special Characters

Symptom:

Attempts to select or delete a query or report tag that contains the special characters, ~ ! @ # $ % ^ & * ( ) _ + { } | : " < > ? is unsuccessful.

Solution:

Do not use the noted special characters when creating query and report tags.
