Agent Diagnostic File

You can review the log files and configuration files of a selected CA Enterprise Log Manager agent using CA Enterprise Log Manager AgentDiagnostics utility. The utility packages system information and log files into a compressed .tar file for transmission to CA Technologies Support personnel. You can transfer this file using FTP or another file transfer method.
