Rule Test Interface Does Not Show Completed State

Symptom:

When you test a state transition correlation rule, the service completes the test and shows the results, but the test interface continues to display the "Finishing" state and not the "Completed" state.

Solution:

The test has completed properly when results appear. This issue is purely cosmetic.
