Changes to Methods in CA EEM SDK

The following methods are overloaded to accept SafeCertificate object as an argument:

• issueCertificate
• issueCertificateForUser
• issueCertificateForSession
• registerApplicationInstance
• authenticateWithCertificate
• fastauthenticateWithCertificate
